1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using Arafo SF ("the App," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. What Arafo SF Does

Arafo SF helps you:

• • Get AI-assisted diagnosis of crop and plant health issues from photos
• • Keep a history of your past diagnoses
• • Connect with other farmers through community posts and comments
• • View local weather and market price information
• • Track a crop calendar

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your Google Sign-In credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know at carafoagrobusinessenterprise@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Diagnosis Results Are Guidance, Not a Guarantee

This is important:

• • Arafo SF's diagnosis results are generated by third-party AI image recognition technology and are provided for informational purposes only.
• • They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified agronomist, extension officer, or other agricultural professional.
• • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any diagnosis, treatment suggestion, or other information in the App.
• • Before applying any chemical treatment, pesticide, or fungicide suggested by the App, read and follow the product's own label instructions and applicable local regulations, and consider consulting a local agricultural expert.
• • We are not responsible for crop loss, reduced yield, financial loss, or any other harm resulting from actions taken based on information from the App.

6. Community Content

When you post, comment, or otherwise share content in the App:

• • You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything that is false, misleading, illegal, harassing, or that violates someone else's rights.
• • You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content within the App so other users can see it.
• • We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, though we don't guarantee we'll catch every violation.
• • Don't post anything that isn't yours to share, or that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.

7. Market Prices and Other Third-Party Information

Market prices, weather data, and supplier listings shown in the App are provided for general reference. Prices may be entered manually and are not guaranteed to be current — check the "updated" date shown next to a price before relying on it, and confirm current prices directly with a market or buyer before making decisions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Don't use Arafo SF to:

• • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• • Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes others' rights
• • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
• • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our permission

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logo, and features (but not content you post) is owned by Arafo Agro Business Enterprise and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App itself without our permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services for crop, plant, insect, and mushroom identification, and weather data. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

11. Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time — see our Account and Data Deletion policy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or at our discretion with reasonable notice where practical.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arafo SF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or crops, arising from your use of the App, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Somalia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
